Transport
Before your arrival we wanted to let you know some important information regarding travel and key timings on the day.
Our car parks are free of charge to use. Stewards will be on site to aid those who need accessible parking. Please be aware some of our car parks are on grass and are very wet. Should you become stuck please put your hazard lights on and one of our grounds team will assist.
We have introduced a new FREE Park & Ride service if you park at Great Park, you can then get on our free shuttle service. This will be running 10am – 6pm and the pick-up point for the bus to return back to your car will be at the Annual Members Car Park. Please note this service is limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis.
Our shuttle buses will run from both Regent Centre and Four Lane Ends Metro Stations, prior to racing and after racing.
Tickets
All tickets for the event are e-tickets, a PDF file you can either print off or show on your phone.
To avoid any entry delays, if you are attending with your tickets on your phone, make sure you have downloaded the PDF. Screenshots will not be accepted and mobile signal may be weak. If you have a cracked phone screen, please print your tickets, as the barcode will not scan from a cracked screen.
Please allow plenty of time for entry procedures, ticket checks and bag searches.
If you have a Hospitality Restaurant/ Private Box/ Premier Enclosure/ Annual Member or Owners & Trainers ticket, please enter via The Brandling House Reception.

We have an array of entertainment and activities planned to ensure that everyone has a blast.

- Live Dance Performances
- Petting zoo corner: Crazy Creatures North East will be bringing along snakes (pythons and corn snakes), chinchillas, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, lizards, bearded dragons, geckos, tortoises.

Please note, all bars and eateries are card only. On-course bookmakers will still be accepting cash.
Food and Concessions
We have a range of catering outlets available across the site, including our Fish and Chip Shop in Grandstand Hall along with a Hog Roast Van, Greek Van and Doughnuts too. We do allow picnics to be brought in, however, they can only be eaten outside in the grandstand enclosure, only sealed bottled water can be brought in with your picnic.
