Newcastle Racecourse is delighted to announce Vertem as the new sponsor of the Eider Chase Raceday, taking place on Saturday 23 February.
This continues a fantastic partnership between the racecourse and Vertem, which has included sponsorship of a number of key fixtures over the past few years, but also extends to the greatly appreciated support provided by Vertem founder John Dance, principally through the quantity and quality of runners sent to the High Gosforth Park venue.
Vertem is the North East's largest specialist stockbroker. Founded in 2010, Vertem specialises in creating bespoke, flexible and suitable investment portfolios for professional clients, private individuals, charities and pension funds.
The historic Eider Chase was won in 2018 by Baywing, trained by Nicky Richards, ridden by Ryan Day, and owned by David & Nicky Robinson.
