We're looking forward to welcoming you to our Fireworks & Funfair Racenight! For those who are attending below is some important information you should know!
Important Information
Timings of the evening:
Gates open: 1:00pm (gates will remain open until 7pm)
Funfair: 1:00 - 8:00pm
First race: 2.30pm
Last race: 6:15pm
Fireworks display: 7:30pm
Event finish: 8:00pm
Please note: ALL horses will be off the premises before the fireworks begin. We will not begin the display until all horses are safely away from the racecourse.
Tickets
All tickets for the event are e-tickets, which is a PDF file you can either print off or show on your phone.
To avoid any entry delays and if you are attending with your tickets on your phone, make sure you have downloaded the PDF, as screenshots will not be accepted and mobile signal may be weak. If you have a cracked phone screen, please make arrangements to print your tickets, as the barcode will not scan from a cracked screen.
Please allow plenty of time for entry procedures, ticket checks and bag searches.
Travel Information
Please use the main car park which will be FREE of charge for the night. Keep in mind that we are expecting large numbers and so recommend leaving extra time for travel. Stewards will be on site to aid those who need accessible parking.
Entertainment
Throughout the evening there is a jam-packed agenda of family fun from all-time favourite face painting to fire performers on stage! Stage entertainment will include:
6pm – Presenter Kelly Scott on stage
6.15pm – 6.35pm – FIRE PERFORMERS
6.40pm – Music and ticket competition giveaways
6.50pm – 7.05pm – FIRE PERFORMERS
7.10pm – Music and Ticket competition giveaways
7.15pm – 7.25pm – FIRE PERFORMERS
7.29pm – COUNTDOWN TO FIREWORKS
Payment
All bars and eateries are CARD ONLY and will not accept card. On-course bookmakers will still be accepting cash. As there are no cash machines on the racecourse, please bring cash with you if this is your preferred payment method with bookmakers. Some funfair rides may accept card, however we recommend that you bring cash.
Please do not bring any sparklers or fireworks on site.
