To enter the draw, participants must have purchased a ticket and attend the Guinness St Patrick’s Raceday at Newcastle Racecourse on Saturday 15th March 2025.
Attending this raceday gives racegoers a chance to enter the competition, once through the turnstiles, attendees will find QR codes scattered throughout the racecourse, allowing them to sign up to enter the draw for the chance to win the ultimate football experience. Participants must be onsite by 1:30pm. Registration for the competition will close promptly at 3:00pm, so racegoers are encouraged to sign up as soon as they arrive onsite for the chance to win. Enjoy the thrill of the races and the excitement building as you wait for the competition draw, the lucky winner will be drawn at 3:30pm in the Parade Ring. The winner will be randomly selected and announced in the Parade Ring via PA system and the big screen.

Wembley Tickets Giveaway Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. In order to enter the Wembley Tickets Giveaway Competition (the “Competition”), organised by High Gosforth Park Ltd (the “Promoter”) you must have purchased a ticket to St Patrick’s Raceday on Saturday 15th March at Newcastle Racecourse, must have entered the racecourse by 1:30pm and must have completed the online entry form available on the Promoter’s website by 3pm.
2. Entrants must be resident in the UK aged 18 or over.
3. Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties, and any such entries will be invalid.
4. The closing time for this Competition will be 3pm on Saturday 15th March 2025.
5. The prize includes two tickets to the Newcastle vs. Liverpool Cup Final Match at Wembley at 4:30pm on Sunday 16th March 2025 and a room-only hotel stay at Hotel Indigo London Hyde Park Paddington by IHG on Sunday 16th March (the “Prize”). Each winner will be responsible, at their own expense, for all other costs prior to and after fulfilment of the Prize (e.g. food and drink), and not otherwise provided herein.
6. Please note that the tickets are in The Experiences by Wembley Stadium areas of Wembley Stadium that are unsegregated. Club colours are not permitted to be worn or displayed in any Experiences by Wembley Stadium area for this match. Should club colours be worn or displayed, you may be refused entry or be removed from the stadium. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes club hats and scarves as well as items of clothing in the colours of either team. Please consult Wembley Stadium direct for any further information.
7. The winner(s) will be the first entry that is randomly selected from all the entries received by the closing time. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced on the raceday over the PA and on the big screen, the winner will then have up until the off time for the next race to get to the parade ring to claim their prize with proof of ID. Failure to claim the Prize within this period, shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitles the Promoter to redraw another winner without liability.
8. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter retains the right to substitute a Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to use the name of the winner for the purpose of publicity without charge, and the winner hereby consent to the same.
10. Events may occur that render the Competition itself or awarding the Prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value should this prove necessary.
11. The Promoter is not sponsored, endorsed or administered or associated with any social media used, and such social media does not endorse the products of the Promoter. No information relating to any entrants is collected on behalf of or passed onto any social media.
12. Employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its associated companies, its retailers and agencies are not eligible for entry.
13. The Promoter shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected messages, unavailable network connections, failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, online failures, hardware, software or other communications failures or circumstances affecting receipt or entrants ability to participate in the Competition or if any racing or any other event applicable to the Competition is cancelled for any reason or any circumstances affecting a winner’s ability to access or use a Prize or for any Event of Force Majeure.
* "Event of Force Majeure" means:
a fire, flood, lightning, storm, earthquake or other similar geological or metrological event or condition or Act of God, national emergency, diseases, epidemic, pandemic, war, act of terrorism, riot or criminal act or damage, strike, lockout or other industrial action not involving the Promoter’s employees (to the extent such failure is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter) or any other event beyond the control of the Promoter. The entrant acknowledges and agrees that any disruption caused by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) or similar diseases (such as the temporary or permanent closure of the venues) shall constitute an Event of Force Majeure.
14. By entering the Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the information about the Competition.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
